Pioneer TS-WX1010LA 25 cm 10" Shallow Sealed Subwoofer with Built-in Amplifier 1200 W

super quality, massive improvement in my Avensis 2017audio setup ; strongly recom, fast delivery as well was fitted in 2 days after was ordered

Arrived in an old tatty box , speaker dented and scratched, and also had an Amazon returns label on it !
Looks like a received a used returns item .
Speaker now collected and have to wait 2 weeks for a new one to come into stock . How ever customer support was very good and were very helpful .

When I was looking at details of this subwoofer and checking reviews I was a bit concerned if it is enough powerful to give me some nice kick. Well, I've installed it in my city bug and it is absolutely too much for me. Probably because car is small, but it's shaking all the mirrors, glass and my chest vibrates even if it's not turned all the way up. I keep it at ~20% as you can't stand more for long time. And sound is clear, deep and dynamic. I've done test with different frequencies on it and it starts giving fun at 30Hz so I confirm it goes very low. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Don't know about bigger vehicles but for something like Aygo is more than you ever going to need. The only con is bass boost control knob is a bit hard to tune as it goes from nothing to quite loud with very little movement. So you need to be gentle and tune it with fine spin. Quite hard when you're driving.
