Pioneer TS-WX400DA Compact Active Subwoofer

Ok, it arrived when it was supposed to. So they get that at least but otherwise it’s not great. For whatever reason my Apple Pay entered my previous address from 2 years ago which it’s never done before so that’s my fault. But I immediately emailed them on the address they give on their website and I’m STILL waiting for anything from that.
I also called and felt secure that it was dealt with until I started getting emails saying it would be delivered to my old address. So I called again and thought they might be able to fix it. But no, instead the following day I get more emails of the delivery companies plan to deliver to a house I don’t live in. AGAIN I called and was told Mo (I’ve no idea who mo is or the relevance of mo) was on a plane and can I call their warehouse is if I have some sort of power to change it. It was delivered to the wrong address despite 4 attempts to ask these to change it. The whole experience has left me thinking they’re not very professional and that should the item be faulty I’ll be in for a hard slog to fix it if at all.

Bought the subwoofer for my van as it only has door speakers , and although I have upgraded them and my head unit it always lacked bass , so I decided to try the Pioneer TS-WX400DA as it doesn’t take up much room under my seat and is very easy to install.

After fitting it and firing up the head unit I was pleasantly surprised by just how good it is for an active subwoofer of such a small size and it even has a useful remote, it isn’t going to shake the earth but it certainly has enough bass to hold its own, would I recommend it? , for its size and ease of fitting, it’s impressive bass and useful remote, it’s a yes from me 👍

As the title says !! smaller brother not up to the job(ts-wx130da). this baby is brill. loud , deep, remote is usefull. may not fit under a sports car seat, but shame not enough reviews on this as its a clear winner.
