Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy governs participation in the Installer Program (the “Program”) operated by In Phase International Ltd. (“In Phase,” “we,” or “our”). By subscribing to the Program, you (“Installer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Program Overview

The Installer Program is a subscription-based membership that grants Installers access to exclusive benefits, including but not limited to:

  • Preferred wholesale pricing

  • Priority technical support

  • Early access to new products

  • Marketing and point-of-sale materials

  • Installer certification resources

  • Lead referrals and inclusion in the Installer directory (where applicable)

2. Eligibility

To subscribe, you must:

  • Be a registered business engaged in professional installation services.

  • Maintain up-to-date business and contact information with In Phase.

  • Agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to your business.

3. Subscription Term and Renewal

  • Term: Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for subsequent 12-month periods unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before renewal.

  • Cancellation by In Phase: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership with immediate effect for breach of this Policy or any misuse of Program benefits.

4. Subscription Fees

  • Monthly Fee: £16.66 plus VAT, payable monthly in advance (Current at time of draft and subject to change)

  • Payment Method: Fees are collected via credit or debit card on or around the same date each month.

  • Non-Refundable: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Failure to Pay: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Program access may be suspended until payment is brought up to date.

5. Installer Obligations

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Use Program benefits solely for your own business purposes.

  • Maintain professional standards when representing In Phase products and brands.

  • Not resell Program benefits or distribute privileged materials to unauthorised third parties.

  • Ensure your staff are trained and competent in installing In Phase Brand products.

6. Termination

In Phase reserves the right to terminate your membership if:

  • You breach any provision of this Policy.

  • You engage in conduct that damages the reputation of In Phase or its brands.

  • You fail to pay monthly fees when due.
    Termination results in immediate revocation of all Program benefits.

7. Modifications

In Phase may amend this Policy or Program benefits from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or our Installer Portal at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

In Phase shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Program.

  • Any loss of business, revenue, or profits.
    Nothing in this Policy limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
