Connects2 CTKVW17 VW Transporter T6 Caddy Beetle Jetta Sharan 2015 onwards Complete Head Unit Replacement Kit

Really disappointed with my overall experience from Car Audio Centre.
I ordered the Pioneer SPH-DA77DAB along the the required fitting kit on the 07/12 (Standard delivery time stated is 2-4days).
After a week I still hadn't received anything and contacted CAC via email on 16/12 I was then told it would be despatched the following day or the day after. Roll on to the 21st Dec when I called them directly to find out what was going on with my order. After this call was made, the Head unit was finally despatched - but looking at my invoice no fitting kit!!
A quick call back and I was told 'this would come from another supplier' roll on to the 28th Dec and still no fitting kit - again contacted CAC and again promised tomorrow or the day after. Now I understand xmas time is busy for everyone in business. But at no point did anyone from CAC contact me to apologies or explain there could be a delay. From my initial purchase date it took nearly 4 weeks for everything to arrive. And I sure any like minded person in my situation would also be unhappy with the services that was provided.
